For the 2023 exhibition, Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris’ OFF line-up is taking on even greater significance with 180 bars and restaurants selected, from the cosy, off-the-beaten-track bar to the Michelin-starred restaurant. All of them, though, will be providing opportunities across the capital city to celebrate the incredibly talented chefs, restaurateurs and sommeliers who make Paris’ gourmet food scene what it is today.
